Overview

The product must be unused and free of defects. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to ship it back to you.

On the rare occasion that you receive a faulty item, the first thing you should do is notify Dressura support through dressura.s@gmail.com or support@dressura.com or call us +88 01822-575925.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

The product must be unused and free of defects. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to ship it back to you.

Dressura processes your returns according to the following return types:

  • The delivered product is damaged/ defective.
  • The delivered product has missing items.
  • The delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/color, fake item, or expired).
  • The delivered product does not match the product description or picture .
  • The shopper would need to handle the costs associated with the return of the item back to our collection point.
  • Since the color perception of the dress item may be slightly different due to camera and lighting, refund, returns or exchanges will not be valid in this case.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact with us and send your item. Since the color perception of the dress item may be slightly different due to camera and lighting, returns or exchanges will not be valid in this case.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: dressura.s@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
